Drug and Alcohol Use Policy

It is the policy of AFSCompany to provide a work environment which is free from the use, sale, possession or distribution of illegal drugs or the improper use or abuse of legal drugs or alcohol and to require employees to perform all related duties, on or off Company premises, without the presence of illegal drugs and without impairment by alcohol or legal drugs.

The objective of this policy is to provide a safe, healthy and efficient environment for the Company’s employees and for the conduct of Company business.

This policy covers all areas in which the Company operates including but not limited to, all equipment, lands, offices, work areas, storage, vehicles and those of all companies with which AFSCompany does business with.

All employees are subject to this policy. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Drugs for the purpose of this policy, include but are not limited to all substances, legal or illegal, taken orally, intravenously or inhaled which are capable of creating or maintaining adverse effects on any employees physical, emotional or mental state.

Any employee found to be in violation of this policy will subject to disciplinary action, including and up to termination of employment.

Any employee taking an over-the-counter medication or prescription drug(s) should consult a medical professional to determine whether the drug(s) may affect his own personal safety and job performance or that of his coworkers while on the job. If the Company is made aware of the use of such medication, every effort will be made to accommodate and adjust the employee’s duties until full, effective and safe work activities can be resumed.

To meet the objectives of this policy, the Company has implemented a Drug Screening and Testing Program.

When any employee is observed behaving or performing in a manner which appears to have an adverse effect on his own personal safety or job performance or that of his coworkers due to the effect of drug use, drug abuse or alcohol use, it will be immediately brought to the attention of an officer of the Company who may require the employee in question to submit to a drug test “For Cause”. In cases of “For Cause” testing, an employee may be immediately suspended with or without pay until a full evaluation has taken place and an appropriate course of action is determined by the officers of the Company.

The Company may require drug testing for all personnel, contractors and employees on or near the place of any accident on or off the job to confirm or deny drug or alcohol use as the cause of the accident. q	The Company reserves the right to test any or all employees with no prior notice.

q	Any individual refusing to be tested will be subject to immediate disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.

q	The Company reserves the right to conduct searches of all Company property at any time. Any employee refusing to cooperate with such a search may be immediately suspended with or without pay until a full evaluation has taken place and an appropriate course of action is
