When any employee is observed behaving or performing in a manner which appears to have an adverse effect on his own personal safety or job performance or that of his coworkers due to the effect of drug use, drug abuse or alcohol use, it will be immediately brought to the attention of an officer of the Company who may require the employee in question to submit to a drug test “For Cause”. In cases of “For Cause” testing, an employee may be immediately suspended with or without pay until a full evaluation has taken place and an appropriate course of action is determined by the officers of the Company.

The Company may require drug testing for all personnel, contractors and employees on or near the place of any accident on or off the job to confirm or deny drug or alcohol use as the cause of the accident. The Company reserves the right to test any or all employees with no prior notice.

Any individual refusing to be tested will be subject to immediate disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
